What Social Media support do you offer?
We offer a variety of services, from social media strategy and introduction, profile optimisation to content creation, social media supervision and community management.
You decide how much help you need. We can write the content for you or we can prepare it together teaching you all the tips and tricks we learnt along the way.

If you want to do the social media yourself. We will design a content calendar you can use online and if you prefer, we can review all the posts before you post them and our team can monitor them to engage with your audience.

How often should I post?
It depends on the platforms you choose. But in general terms we say to aim to post at least 3 times a week, however platforms like Twitter you might need to have multiple posts a day as it is a fast paced feed where one post can easily be missed.

We usually advise to know your audience and their preferences and always look at your analytics to understand them further.

Do you offer community management and engagement services?

The short answer is YES. This is an element we will work together on. We will need to know and understand your brand and your brand tone. We will also need to know your followers and have a clear understanding on the different relationships you have with them.

One the research and study of your company step is done we will then actively engage with your audience respond to messages and comments and also join forums and group and comment on your behalf. We will foster a positive online community for you but we will keep you informed so you will be aware about anything we said.

Which is the best social media platform and how do I choose amongst so many?
Think of your ideal clients where are they most active? What type of content do you enjoy creating and then analyse different platforms to see how they will fit within your goals and skills. My advice don’t rush to be everywhere, master a platform at a time.

How do I know what to post on Social Media?

The general advice is to share your expertise with your audience, so share tips and any useful material you think your audience would benefit from. What is the best approach to grow followers and engagement?
Let’s assume you’ve had your marketing consultation, so you know your audience and your goals are set and you have a social media calendar for your posts… what’s next?

To boost social media growth, content is key. Share quality content consistently, is only the first step, with that content should come engagement (liking, sharing and commenting) on your followers post.
See social media has to be a give and take relationship. Give engagement (like, shares and comments) to get exposure. Use relevant hashtags, build a community, show them the real you, talk TO your audience not AT them and have fun, run contests, share stories and videos tips and more.

There are only three ingredients you need “Patience, Authenticity and Consistency” (PAC) in order to have loyal and engaged following over time.
